St Anthony's KofC 1st Annual Bayou Cook-Off
Registration for LEO KERNER ELM
Registration for the 2012-2013 school year will begin Monday, July 23 for Pre-K, Kindergarten and all new students in 1st thru 5th grade.
Items Needed for Registration:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Social Security Card
3. Most recent report card
4. Immunization record
- If transferring from another Jefferson Parish Public School you will need a copy of the most recent report OR a transfer form.
- If new to the parish you will need 3 of the following: 1. LA Driver's License with correct address. 2. Income Tax verification. 3. Purchase agreement for home. 4. Current utility bill in parent's name. 5. Bank statement
